Artificial intelligence is been one of the topic nowadays taking in every where ,i think it has the advantage same as well disadvantages.my point is that ,taking the advantage and dis advantage of this same time we must concern on the development of the human capabilities and the knowledge that want to work in modern context any how one day this technology will apply to the any organization but in that time if we did not improve our employ ability to face this task and meet the expectoration then we have to face so many difficulty's.

  3. In my opinion, it is not appropriate for institutions in a developing country like ours to fully integrate artificial intelligence. The reason is that it costs a lot of money and it causes many people to lose their jobs. It will further worsen the economic situation of the country and greatly affect the future of the country. Artificial intelligence is more important for a developed country than a third world country like ours. This is just my opinion only.

  8. In my opinion, will AI do exact what human do in Human Recourse Management? It is true that AI has lot of advantages but machines are unable to think out of the box. There are instances where we have to come 'out of the box' and find solutions. In that scenario, AI will be failed. Specially when recruiting employees, AI could analyze only the paper qualifications. It wont be recognize the capacity and capability of candidate.

  11. AI tools are more useful for the owner's view but on the other hand this will be a route cause to reduce number of employees, some time this may be a reason for job dissatisfaction. Other words in the present scenario AI tools are highly demanded by the organization's top management. You delivered in a discipline way.
