The Contribution of Human Resource Management to the Organization
Organizations are full fill with people, therefore the main role of a company is to organize & align people based on their work nature. The employees are a human assets, not a costs to the Company.
According to
· Team work
· Strategic partner
· Employees Advocate
Team work
HR professionals should work with Team leaders and any levels of the organization personal. To achieve the mission of the organization, they all should work together and HR professionals should develop employees’ skills for the betterment of the organization.
For example, HR professionals advise managers and supervisors how to assign employees to different roles in the organization, thereby helping the organization adapt successfully to its environment. In a flexible organization, employees are shifted around to different business functions based on business priorities and employee preferences.
Strategic Partner
Its an ad-hoc reactive approaches towards longer terms strategic view of human resources
an approach to the development and implementation of HR strategies that are integrated with business strategies and supports their achievement Armstrong (2006).
Employee Advocate
HR plays a versatile role as the “champion” in employee issues, for an example is the stress that many employees feel when balancing work and family pressures.
HR professionals must be the advocate for employees, recognizing that they have other lives besides work, and ensuring that organizational policies and practices consider these pressures. otherwise, in many cases, the organization loses valuable human resources who do not want to continue working in a “family-unfriendly” environment.
Unfortunately, HR professionals spend considerable time on HR “crisis management” dealing with employee problems that are both work and non-work related. Another facet of employee advocacy is to ensure that fair and equitable treatment is given to people regardless of their personal background or circumstances.

DeleteHuman Resource Management is one of the key management areas of an organization because, employees are the main 'capital' of the company. If an organization is in a position to handle 'human capital ' in a proper manner, defenetely there will be more revenue generated. We practically experience that, sometimes balancing of work life and family life is really difficult specially for ladies with comparing to gems. The main reason is kids and the family mainly focuses /depends on mother. There are much more responsibilities. If HRD of an organization helps their employees to balance the work life and family life, employees productivity will be enhanced.
